Tras cumplirse 10 años de la formación del grupo, el cuarteto de cuerdas celebra su aniversario en 2009 con un nuevo trabajo discográfico, titulado 10 Tanta (10 gotas), en el que el grupo hará un recorrido a través de sus 10 nuevas obras.
10 gotas, 10 años, 10 nuevas melodías creadas y seleccionadas con mucho mimo. Otra estación en nuestro camino, del cual te queremos hacer cómplice. Saborea la esencia de cada gota dejándote empapar hasta lo más hondo.
El disco se grabó entre Enero y Abril de 2009 en el teatro Leidor de Tolosa, y fue después mezclado y masterizado en el estudio Musik Art de Mikel F. Krutzaga.
Alos Quartet son:
- Xabier Zeberio - violín, nyckelharpa, calimba, viola.

- Lorena Nuñez viola
- Pello Ramirez cello, acordeón.
Para celebrar este aniversario, el disco cuenta con exquisitas colaboraciones, como la del cantante y compositor angoleño Waldemar Bastos, uno de los máximos exponentes de la World Music actual, que ha trabajado junto a artistas de la talla de Chico Buarke, Arto Lidsay, Cesaria Evora o el ex-Talking Head David Byrne.

This album is the first one signed by the quartet on its own: an amazing record, called Alos Quartet as well, where they introduce pieces by Xabier Zeberio and also by the northern composers Steve Dobrogosz and Terje Bjorklund. The result is a delicate and innovative atmosphere in a work very carefully done in all aspects.
Alos Quartet gets a high mark in the challenge of presenting the string quartet as a soloist voice. They achieve it thanks to a unique character, by being audacious and creating an original sonority of their own. Dynamism and expressivity in an album that doesnt mean to be similar to any other: no more and no less than their vision, unique and it is just their intensely personal vision of contemporary music.
